The Idea:

The meaning of the word “document” has significantly changed. Along with the “classical” paper documents the notion includes computer files in many different formats, including authorized by an electronic signature, e-mails, graphics, pictures, sound and video. Business needs powerful means for managing and archiving of documents in electronic formats (Document Management System, DMS).
Bulgarian SME need professional CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions of the medium range, providing business processes for servicing their trade activities but not overloading their budgets, and also not requiring long and expensive implementation and training of their personnel. If such a solution allows also digitalizing of the existing paper documentary archive and includes management of all kind of electronic documents as well, it would be the perfect solution they are expecting.
Solving these problems was the aim at creating DiAS. The product is developed by our Belgian partner Computers and Communications N.V., and CSDC participated in this development. DiAS is widely disseminated in Belgium and the Netherlands, and recently implemented in Bulgaria also. CSDC is the exclusive representative for Bulgaria and the Balkans.

The Solution:

In its essence, DiAS is a realization of an integrated approach towards all aspects of document management and its impact on the business processes in an organization. The base of the system is the DMS module, but there are three more: CRM, Process management (Workflow), and Project management (Dossiers).
DiAS is the modern solution you need. It offers complete DMS functionality for all kind of documents and communication means: scanning of paper documents with optical character recognition (OCR) for different languages and their archiving in standard editable formats such as PDF, but also archiving and management of all kind of digital formats (MS Word, MS Excel, PDF, txt, xml, audio/video, dwg, e-mail, phone conversations, etc.). The system integrates DMS functionality with full-fledged CRM solution, as well as process and project management. It supports electronic signature.
DiAS is the optimal price/performance solution. It offers complete functionality and fast return on investment.
The intuitive graphical UI of DiAS is close to the MS Office products, and this makes the product easy for comprehending, learning, and everyday work.

The Idea:

Modern business process automation solutions has to be accessed from standard, desktop or mobile, working places (computers and laptops), and from many mobile devices (tablets and smartphones) as well.
In the base of any such solution to a great extent lie standardized administrative functions – users registration and management, authorization of the levels and rights of access, and security assuring – realized by a specialized administrative module.
This module is upgraded with the specific business functionality, corresponding to the specific business processes and customer’s requirements.

The Solution:

CSDC provides WEB solution for business process automation, based on the generalized administrative module. The solution is accessible from any computer and mobile devices, under different OS.
Due to the great interest in using it on mobile platforms, as well as the great opportunities the solution offers for organizing of distribution and retail trade, we called it MoRe (Mobile Retailer).
The adaptable software components of MoRe allow fast building of specialized systems for different business processes (customized business solutions) in many areas.

The Idea:

Internet, content management systems, and software packages for graphic content proceeding allow creating of software solutions for remote printing materials preparation, by independent users, as well as by corporative customers.
In the perfect case such systems offer to their users also a rich choice of digital assets, thus allowing them to prepare fast and easily exclusively high quality printing materials.

The Solution:

CSDC has designed, developed and implemented the Internet-available application "Print for you", which allows the printing enterprises, as well as their customers, to generate from their remote working places printing tasks and to order their execution, by an easy accessed, rich and flexible browser independent Internet interface. This interface gives them access to a powerful application and a rich database of digital assets whose main purpose is producing of high quality digital products, ready-made for printing on a wide range of printing equipment – from analogue printing presses to the extremely powerful computerized complexes as Xerox iGen3. This solution is accessible 24 hours daily 7 days in a week.
The users have different roles, including administrators. Any registered user has her/his personal profile based on the resources allocated to her/him. The user can check and add her/his own templates, look at the output in real time, prepare high-quality printing materials, including multilanguage labels with pictures, icons, barcodes and prices, printing ready, as well as can order printing. Printing sheets with optimized disposition are generated, history and reordering are supported.

Users: The product is used by large printing enterprises in the EU.






The Idea:

In every production process extraordinary situations such as deviations from the technological process, breakdowns, or other disadvantages appear. The in-time and exact informing the persons responsible for the production is decisive for ensuring the production quality, decreasing of the technological rejects, keeping up the time schedule, and minimizing the production loses.
A modern solution of the problem has to provide its users – the responsible persons for the production process – flexible access via Internet.

The Solution:

PIM (Production Issue Manager) is an adaptable WEB-based system for managing the events in the production process.
The participants in the production process who are users of the system can be active or passive. The active users are generating messages or give recommendations for corrective actions, and the passive ones receive this information. Users could be also external for the company persons, responsible for the equipment support, repair, or spare parts delivery.
The accumulated information for the registered events in the production process is processed for statistical output to the management, in order the whole production process to be bettered and optimized.
The system is implemented and successfully used in the production enterprise Herti JSC – Shumen. With the help of its users it is continuously improved and enhanced. Herti JSC is our referential customer, ready to consult representatives of potential customers.

The Idea:

IKANALM is an instrumental complex for application lifecycle management of software systems, developed by the Belgian software company IKAN, and part of it was outsourced to CSDC. It covers the whole lifecycle of the software systems and includes source control and teamwork environment, build and deploy facilities based on the software modules dependences, and provides abilities for up to day version control and release management. IKANALM targets the high-tech enterprises which manage complex and multiple development, test, and production software environments.
When the time came for IKANALM to be integrated with the SAP developing environment, IKAN DEVELOPMENT NV assigned to us the responsible task to design and realize the integration.

The Solution:

The SAP team of CSDC has fulfilled the assigned task – starting with the architecture design and finished with the implementation – exactly in the envisaged one-year term and on 13 April 2011 the integration of IKANALM with the SAP environment was successfully certified by the HQ of SAP AG in Walldorf, Germany (SEE THE CERTIFICATE).
